Every piece in the Apparel Art by William Heydt collection is printed on demand. When you order, your item is made for you, which means nothing sits in a warehouse waiting and nothing is wasted.
Making and shipping
Most orders are printed and packed within 2 to 7 business days. After that, delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose at checkout. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout from your address, so the price you see is the price you pay.
You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate packages.
Returns and exchanges
Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. Please check the size guide on the product page before you order.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, we will make it right with a replacement or a refund. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and a clear photo of the problem.
Wrong address or cancellations
Orders go into production quickly, so please double check your shipping address. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us right away. Once an item is in production we cannot cancel it, and a package sent to an incorrect address cannot be refunded.
Customs and duties
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import taxes or duties, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
A note on the art
Each piece carries William Heydt’s signature as part of the printed or embroidered design. It is a signature edition, not a hand-signed original.
