Your privacy matters to us. This page explains what we collect when you visit or buy from Apparel Art by William Heydt, why we collect it, and who sees it.
What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, shipping and billing address, email address, phone number if you give one, and the items you ordered. If you create an account we also store your login details. We do not see or store your full card number. Payments are handled by PayPal.
Like most websites, we also collect basic visit information such as your browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location, using cookies and analytics tools.
How we use it
We use your information to process and ship your order, send order updates, answer your questions, prevent fraud, and keep our records as the law requires. If you sign up for our email list, we use your email address to send news about new art and products. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed to complete your order with trusted partners: Printful, which prints and ships our products, PayPal, which processes payment, and the carriers that deliver your package. Our website runs on WordPress and WooCommerce and is hosted by Bluehost. Email signups are handled by MailerLite. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep items in your cart, keep you logged in, and understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the store may not work without them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to records we must keep for tax and legal reasons. Contact us and we will respond promptly.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page.
